1. Platform Scope
4XC is an invite-only technology platform providing:
- Market insights
- Analytical and research tools
- Educational and informational content
4XC does not operate as:
- A trading platform
- An exchange
- A brokerage
- A custodial service
2. Eligibility
Access is limited to invited users participating in beta testing.
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access informational financial content in their jurisdiction.
3. No Trading or Execution
4XC does not execute trades, manage accounts, hold assets, or act on behalf of users.
All decisions made using platform outputs or insights are the sole responsibility of the user.
4. Risk Disclaimer
Digital asset markets are volatile and involve risk.
All insights, analytics, or simulations provided by 4XC:
- Are informational only
- May be experimental or incomplete (beta stage)
- Should not be relied upon for financial decision-making
5. No Investment Advice

6. Platform Evolution

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia.
