1. Platform Status

4XC is an early-stage startup in beta testing and does not provide regulated financial services, trading, brokerage, or custody.

2. Identity Verification

Limited identity verification may be requested for:

• Invite-only access control
• Abuse and fraud prevention
• Legal or regulatory obligations
• Participation in specific platform tests

3. AML Commitment

Although 4XC does not process financial transactions for users, we maintain internal controls to prevent misuse of the platform and cooperate with authorities where legally required.

4. Data Handling

Any verification data collected is:

• Stored securely
• Accessed only by authorized personnel
• Retained only as long as necessary
• Deleted in accordance with internal policies
